Iconic's Indigenous Peoples Policy

Iconic believes in building trusting, fair, equitable and mutually beneficial relationships with Canada's Aboriginal peoples.

Iconic has spent a great deal of time working with Straight Talk Aboriginal Awareness Training. To date our learnings and actions are as follows;

    1. We realize there is a lot to learn and understand about Canada’s First Peoples
    2. Senior management have taken Aboriginal Awareness Training and received certification
    3. We have engaged an experienced Aboriginal business (Straight Talk) to guide us through the complexities
    4. We understand that we are capable of helping not saving Aboriginal people
    5. We are actively recruiting Aboriginal men and women from remote communities and urban centres
    6. We will work toward mutual respect & trust with the First Peoples of Canada
